Problem Note 67334: Hierarchies do not collapse correctly in crosstabs in SAS® Visual Analytics Viewer mode

Hierarchies might not collapse correctly to the selected level in SAS Visual Analytics Viewer. This issue can occur when the initial view of the report contains multiple levels expanded within the hierarchy.
For example, in the following report, the initial view is expanded to the third level:
When you try to collapse the report to the second level (Product Grade), the hierarchy incorrectly collapses to the first level (Quarter):
When this issue occurs, you can expand levels back to the intended level that you selected.
